Overview

Are you a New Jersey sitter who LOVES TODDLERS and want a short-term job this summer? This position has a great summer schedule and is with a long time Smart Sitting family! They're moving to a big house with a large yard at the end of the month and are looking for a short-term nanny to help their 2-year-old. You'll help her have a great summer in her new digs! They also have a seven-year-old, but he'll mostly be in summer camp. If all goes well, the family would love to stay in touch with you and continue to use occasionally throughout the year and beyond! It will start in early July (tbd) and go through mid-August. The schedule is 10 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday for 30 hours/week. It's $25 to $30/hour ($750 to $900/week gross and on the books!) . The Ideal Sitter for this Job

Are you a toddler whisper? Do you intuitively understand this age group and can help with potty training? This position is also welcoming to all you gregarious extraverts out there! If you're high energy, fun, and engaging, this family is looking for you.

Schedule

The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 4 PM. The family is happy to guarantee 30 hours/week The position will start in early July (tbd) and run through mid-August.

About the Children

Girl, 2-years-old: She's a headstrong, fantastic, and creative little one. She's loving but she is having some stereotypical "2s" moments. She loves art, music and dancing. Her speech is slowly getting there!

Responsibilities

This position will be all about the 2-year-old! Adhering to her daily schedule, making sure she naps, meal prep, playing with in her new backyard, taking her out to explore the neighborhood, and helping to potty train her!

Additional Information

Everyone in the family but the girl (she's too young) are vaccinated and boosted and looking for the same in a sitter.
