FULL-TIME, LIVE-IN in Puerto Rico! 4 kids, $72k to $83k/year

Looking to get out of NYC this winter? Want to spend a year (or more) in Puerto Rico surfing, learning Spanish, taking cooking classes, doing yoga, and/or doing a host of other activities? Do you love large families and want to spend time in a fun but busy household? This former Smart Sitter turned Smart Mom is looking for an awesome live-in nanny to join them in Dorado, Puerto Rico about 15 miles outside of San Juan! They have four kids (3 girls and one boy!) all under five years old, so there is always a lot going on. As a live-in Nanny, you'll have your own room and a private bathroom with a private shower. They also go to Minnesota every summer for two months and you could spend some of this time seeing your friends and family in the U.S.. They also love to go to Florida and are Disney Land regulars. It's $35 to $40/hour gross for 40 hours/week guaranteed, plus PTO, sick time, health care reimbursement, and relocation costs. (Please include desired benefits when listing your rate on application.) They're also excited to help plug you into whatever you'd like to do while in P.R., whether that's learning Spanish, golfing, tennis...whatever you want! Schedule
Wednesday through Friday, it would be 6 A.M. to 9 A.M. and then 2:45 P.M. to 8 P.M. roughly. & Saturday and Sunday, 8 A.M. to 4 P.M. or 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours/week!
About the Children
Girl, 5: She is an incredible kid. She loves gymnastics. She is super intelligent. She loves to sing! She's a very typical older sibling and loves to mother her younger siblings. She loves school and has a great group of friends. Girl, 4: Opposite of her older sister (they're only 17 months apart!)! She's feisty, artsy, and opinionated. She wants to be heard. She dances to the beat of her own drum. She's independent and likes to keeps to herself, while at the same time, she craves and needs one and one attention. She connects really well with people. She's super silly. Boy, 3: He's lovely! Mom compares him to a Golden Retriever - as long as you're playing with him, he's happy. He has incredible energy, a real sweetheart. He's a picky eater but he's a good kid. Girl, 14 months: The baby! She's the last one (no more kids after her!) She's the most lovely and happy baby. Super easygoing. She eats so much. She's walking. Climbing. She is also trying to talk!
Responsibilities
During the weekday, Wednesday through Friday, you'll get started around 6 A.M., helping to start breakfast for the kids, prepping their lunch, and generally just getting them ready for school. Mom will take them and do drop off and then you're free to go about your day until school pick up at 2;45 P.M. In your free time, you can head to the beach, take a yoga class, a cooking class, a Spanish language class, golf - there is a lot to do in their community! At 2:45 P.M., Mom will grab the kids, and then you'll start the afternoon schedule. If there are afterschool activities, help with that, take the baby for a stroll, help with dinner and bath time, until they're all asleep around 8 P.M. Then you're free again until morning. The weekends are really important to the family, and your days will be spent hanging out with and supporting whatever is happening! There are a lot of birthday parties for friends and family, activities for the kids, etc!
Additional Information
This is a live-in position in Puerto Rico! Ability to swim is a must as this family lives near the beach. A driver's license would be helpful too but not necessarily a deal breaker. You'll need to be fully vaccinated and boosted; the family is fully vaccinated and boosted.

$35 to $40/hour gross ($1400 to $1600/week gross for 40 hours/week guaranteed) plus PTO, Sick Time, Health Care Reimbursement and Relocation!
