Overview

We adore this two Mom family in Brooklyn! They're so kind and have been working with a Smart Sitter for the past year that they absolutely love (and we do too!) but unfortunately, she's going to be out recovering from surgery for a few weeks, so they're looking for some fill-in help for four to six weeks. From now until January 29th, the position is live out. Come January 29th, they'll be relocating to their lake house near Cold Springs and the position becomes live-in four nights per week (you go home on Friday). You have your own bedroom and bathroom and it's calm and peaceful - the PERFECT January getaway! It's $30/hour and will last four to six weeks! Apply today to be considered and for more details.

The Ideal Sitter for this Job

Do you drive? That would be ideal! If not, it's not a deal breaker. They're looking for somebody who needs minimal direction and can hop right into the position! Beyond that they're looking for experience with this age group, ability to live-in during the week, and an excellent communicator.

Schedule

Monday through Friday 9 A.M to 5 P.M Position runs short-term ASAP through either four or six weeks. On 1/29/25, they'll relocate to their lake house near Cold Springs (just over an hour away on MetroNorth) and the position becomes live-in, Monday through Friday. You go home on Friday!

About the Children

11-Months-Old, Girl: She's almost walking! She's stumbling around. She's fun and sweet and getting more opinionated everyday. By and large, she sleeps well. She's an easy baby. She takes two naps per day.

Responsibilities

All the baby things! They'll plug you into the schedule their current Smart Sitter has established. They'd love to find somebody who can help them with meal prep and cooking.

Additional Information

You must be up to date on CPR certification and be ready to hop in with them ASAP.
