Are you wanting to support families by working with them to craft their position, educating them around how to be a great employer, and then securing the ideal caregiver match for their family? Do you also love prospecting for new families and recruiting new incredible SmartSitters for positions? Do you love working on a team that is super duper supportive and annoyingly can-do about all the things!? If so, this may just be the position for you!

The Ideal Sitter for this Job

The ideal candidate is confident, super knowledgable about this work, has great empathy, is a wonderfully masterful communicator, loves phone communication, is a great team player, has experience with different softwares (asana, hubspot, g-suite, ring central, others!) and is a quick learner.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5/6 PM, with one hour off midday

Responsibilities

Reach out to prospective SmartFamilies, speak with families who reach out to us looking for support, help them craft the position details, internalize ideal candidate qualities, recruit and screen ideal candidates, present candidates, set up interviews and trials, support with onboarding. This is the full scope of the position and you'll have members of the internal team with whom you'll work to accomplish these responsibilities!
