Overview

This very sweet family is looking to grow their care team! They are looking for a Smart Sitter to work with their 8 month old baby girl twice a week for about 6 hours each day. They have another Smart Sitter two days per week. They would love help through July, when they'll head to the Hamptons for one month. Mom is a former nanny herself and really values caregivers! They're looking for somebody who had this season's flu shot and proof of up to date CPR. It's $30/hour through July. They're ready to get started as soon as they find somebody!

Somebody easy to get a long with who loves working with older babies! Fun, creative, and warm.

Schedule

Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10 AM/11 AM to 4 PM/5 PM 12 hours/week roughly through July

About the Children

Girl, 8 months: She's really sweet, she's funny. She's pretty content with hanging with her toys. She's officially sleep trained at this point. We're tackling naps now and it's going well. She's very determined and very aware. She's either smiling at somebody or now, or she's crying. She's a very happy baby. Which is good because she was a rough newborn.

Responsibilities

They'd love somebody to play with the baby and help with all baby related tasks, like laundry, tidying up after her, emptying the dishwasher, etc. She goes to a music class on Tuesday morning! Beyond that, it's important to Mom that you head outside for walks. They're flexible with activities - whatever you would like to do with her, they're all ears! Especially now that the weather is changing.
